Our Programs

The 100 Black Men of Jackson is dedicated to improving the quality of life for African American youth and families in the community. Through various programs, they focus on mentorship, education, health, and economic empowerment. Our initiatives provide guidance and support, helping young people develop leadership skills and achieve their goals. By fostering positive relationships, they strive to create a better future for the next generation.

For over 33 years, the 100 Black Men of Jackson, Inc. has celebrated its annual scholarship and mentoring banquet. This event allows us the opportunity to celebrate our mentees and raise funds that support scholarships for our graduating seniors and the institutions they attend. Our mentees undergo rigorous preparation for the banquet, which helps to develop their presentation skills and stage presence.

During the summer months, the 100 Black Men of Jackson and the Sunkist Swim Team hosts their Summer Aquatics Program free to the community of Jackson and surrounding areas. The purpose of this program is to instruct children and teens ages 8-18 on proper swim techniques, as well as, water safety and accident prevention.
