Annual Scholarship Banquet
For over 33 years, the 100 Black Men of Jackson, Inc. has celebrated its annual scholarship and mentoring banquet. This event allows us the opportunity to celebrate our mentees and raise funds that support scholarships for our graduating seniors and the institutions they attend. Our mentees undergo rigorous preparation for the banquet, which helps to develop their presentation skills and stage presence.
Our Scholarship Program supports the young boys we mentor in elementary, junior, and high school within the Jackson Public School District. Our mentoring programs focus on academic, social, and physical support for the mentees not only while they are in school, but after school hours and on weekends.

Upon graduation from high school, each Mentee is eligible for annual scholarship support for four (4) years of college, if they remain in good academic standing. In addition, we provide direct scholarship support to Mississippi Colleges and Universities.

​We annually publish our annual souvenir journal and wish to include your congratulatory ad or letter to serve as a memoir of this significant annual event.

The 100 Black Men of Jackson, Inc.’s leadership empowerment focus develops leaders that are prepared and equipped to address critical issues facing communities throughout the world.
​
Members engage in initiatives to improve the effectiveness and impact of 100’s programs, while delivering civic engagement throughout Jackson.
